The courtesy, the prompt response to our needs. The location is close to everything. The staff was very friendly and breakfast good.
It was easy to get to and very close to where our son lives. Plus the price was just right.

Loved the proximity to Hollywood Studios -- took like 10 minutes to get there. Many restaurants nearby to dine @ plus a Walmart was right down the street. Felt safe @ this hotel. Hotel employee in the kitchen area was AMAZING -- he made the stay worth while.

Room not very clean. It dusty, bed sheets not sure if is was replace every guest. It don't look clean and fresh. Elevator not clean every day. Staff don't make the bed pick up used towels they only take out trash. The room itself is very dusty.

There is nothing to like about this hotel other then the location No hot water very very dirty very outdated also I guess some People live there as well we didnt leave because we where only staying One night as we own vacation rentals
The cost, the room size and location.
Nothing they didnt clean the room. We stay since Monday and left Saturday in 5 days they didnt clean once. It says breakfast included no milk, and no eggs!
